1)Â Â Â Â Â Assist the Hygiene & HACCP Manager with the day to day requirements of the Radisson Blu Hotel, Doha.
2)Â Â Â Â Â Be responsible for maintaining the highest level of Food Hygiene and Safety standards in the hotel.
3)Â Â Â Â Â Work mostly in the production areas, monitoring that food safety procedures are being followed.
4)Â Â Â Â Â Ensure proper documentation and records are completed by the responsible parties.
5)Â Â Â Â Â Problem solving as relates to food and safety issues.
6)Â Â Â Â Â Help maintain the ISO 22000:2005 certification in the F&B Department such as food production area and all areas involved in the Food chain.
