Requirments:-Â
- Work with commercial-type equipment such as kitchen and laundry plumbing.
Prepare lists of needed supplies, hardware, and equipment.
General knowledge of cuts, weld, fusion, solder and braze methods.
Perform maintenance, repair, replacement or new installation of water based firefighting system and components such as standpipe, and sprinkler systems.
Installs new equipment in accordance with safety regulations and procedures, governmental plumbing standards, fire and structural codes.
Operates specialized equipment and tools including pipe threaders, pipe grove machine, pipe cutting machines, and cutting torches.
Must have good knowledge of installation / repairing of all types of pipe construction materials.
Must take daily water consumption readings throughout the property.
