1)Â Â Â Â Â Be responsible for maintaining the highest level of food hygiene and food safety standards in the hotel.
2)Â Â Â Â Â Develop standard operating procedures.
3)Â Â Â Â Â Maintain HACCP implemented within the establishment and efficiently run the systems as the HACCP Team Leader.
4)Â Â Â Â Â Know the Local Municipality requirements of legislation relating to their operation.
5)Â Â Â Â Â Ensure all food served to guests and employees are free of microbiological, chemical and physical contamination, and all work areas conform to minimum requirements set by local
6)Â Â Â Â Â Make inspection of food premises, production and personal hygiene, raw materials evaluation and calibrations.
7)Â Â Â Â Â Be required to handle complaints related to the food safety and hygiene and investigate their causes so as to reduce or stop them in the future.
