Requirments:-Â
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Understanding of Qatari law, legal frameworks, and procedures.
- Strong understanding of the role of the Board of Trustees in corporate governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or relevant training/certification.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in an executive role.
- Experience in work that deals with corporate secretarial functions in the local market.
