Requirments:-Â
- Analyze and prepare property visit plan to ensure adequate coverage of the property portfolio.
- Develop and agree with stakeholders on minimum success criteria for the maintenance works to establish standard evaluation criteria for consistent evaluation.
- Carry out sample based routine visits to properties in order to independently determine whether maintenance works have been completed as per requirement within the building premises.
- Independently evaluate the quality of the maintenance works carried out by Facilities Management team and/or any 3rd parties to ensure compliance with the standard evaluation criteria.
- Maintain and monitor records of all maintenance works verified during visits to timely escalate any non-compliance and/or substandard performance detailing root causes to the relevant teams with the Facilities Management.
