Requirments:-Â
- Plans and co-ordinates needs analyses processes.
Provides first- level guidance to employees and line managers on learning solutions to address competency development requirements, both within the context of performance improvement contexts and further development and progression.
Provides external coordination and collaboration with partners and service providers to fulfil company-wide and department-specific training plans, with due regard for costs and budgets, schedules, and timeframes.
Collaborates with partners to provide a schedule of programs that address company’s priority target areas whilst offering timely solutions to all employee’s needs.
Responsible for the efficient and professional activation of Programmers and Learning Solutions.
Responsible for administering and analyzing post-programmer feedback from participants and/or line managers of participants and/or vendors and facilitators.
