Requirments:- 

• • Complete the processing of documentation including invoicing, forwarding, follow-up, tracking and problem  identification and resolution;
  • Ensure that all documentations are in proper order when receiving original document from/Consignee / Shipper / Agent and notify (relevant party internal / external) immediately in case of any discrepancy/error.
  • Monitor & closely follow-up the shipment until delivery and ensure empty return for FCL shipment;
  • Ensure filing, both physical and system / electronic is done regularly and accurately;
  • Provide assistance  in maintaining customer profiles including contacts, SOP, rates, fees, preferred routing services etc;
  • Ensure document collection / accurate documentation, invoicing and quality service are provided to every customer;
  • Liaise with Carriers / Transporters / Custom Clearance Agents and any other support organization/
  • authorities to ensure smooth efficient and timely movement of shipment;
  • Prepare shipment status daily / weekly reports; (to share with Customers)
  • Ensure customer is provided with an excellent service along with quick response to all inquiries;
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
