· Creating intercompany invoices as needed.
· Reviewing and posting vendor invoices, as well as, schedule payments through bank website.
· Tracking and maintaining accounts receivable for customers to include credit holds, collections for past due payments and notes.
· Creating and updating customer/vendor information regularly.
