Requirments:-Â
- Planning, developing and supervising all project cost, commercial, and contract functions.
- Ensuring that all project reporting, budgets and forecasts comply with company and client requirements.
- Working alongside the senior management team in the development, implementation and management of project wide cost controls and commercial procedures.
- Being responsible for the commercial management of all pre and post con stages of the project which will be delivered through local trades package contractors.
- Being a part of the senior management team in a client facing role.
- Managing sections of the works/contracts and being fully responsible and accountable for them.
- Managing client interaction.
