The incumbent will be responsible for assigned existing (including upgrades) and new IT Applications Development and Change Management. The job holder will oversee the team in terms of requirement analysis, design & development of assigned Applications, liaise with the respective BUs and Vendors / Service Providers, as applicable, oversee preparation of change plan and monitor change request requirements, support in optimal management, control and risk tolerance, and continuing maintenance and support to the respective functions. The incumbent will have overall responsibility of existing (including upgrades) and new IT Applications Testing & Quality Assurance. The job holder will oversee the team in terms of testing life cycle including requirements validation, test planning, test case development, development of test automation frameworks, functional testing, performance / load testing, stress testing and user acceptance testing. The incumbent will have overall responsibility of managing the release planning process / deployment mgt. lifecycle for new IT Applications. The job holder will oversee the team in terms of validation of product release features, oversee issue resolution, manage release calendar, Interface and Liaison with Testing / PMO team, Go-Live activities, monitor progress and post release feedback gathering / improvements, and ensure maintenance of deployment repository.
