- – to produce a consistent, high quality product for Team Members Cafeteria Buffet
– to maintain attractive and hygienic buffet & dining area presentation
– to anticipate production levels to provide fresh food and maintain sufficient product quantities
– to supervise cafeteria attendants
– to monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage
– to assist in weekly & monthly inventories
