- responsible for the supplier or product sourcing and product costing of all food and non-food product areas. This person is the in-charge of the day to day management of the end to end Purchasing & Supply Chain locally. This role manages suppliers and product range/change, all supply and product costs of both local and imported, as well as, to monitor the costs of food, non-food and logistics and to and to prepare monthly KPI and financial reporting.
